Adventuring New Heights

Saturday was a pretty darn cool day, because a lot of things happened that were very Instagram-worthy. One of them was my mom, dad, Michael, friends Samuel and Ben, and sister's boyfriend Jeremiah, coming over to the apartment to celebrate my sister Brooke's 22nd birthday.

That evening, Brooke, Jeremiah, Michael, Samuel and I, went to Cincinnati to explore and do some adventuring. All of those events mentioned above were amazing and I'm so excited for my aunt, and happy for my sister--but I wanted to document the "adventure pictures" that Samuel and I took.

For my friends and I, when we say adventuring--we mean going somewhere that gets the adrenaline pumping. I'm not entirely sure what building it was we were at, but there was a building under construction somewhere in Cincinnati--Samuel drove us there, cause he knows the city a lot better than the rest of us. So there's not a lot I wouldn't do for a good picture...However, I wouldn't advise going up a building that was still under construction. With that being said...Enjoy the pictures!

The lighting was perfect! Samuel shoots with a Nikon D750, and the results were great. I'm working towards developing some 35MM film right now, because I love the look of old film--but with Samuel's camera, and the lighting, the pictures taken on the roof of this building had such a grainy look that I love.

I tried to take a picture of the view with my Polaroid, but it just showed up black...(Story of my life)

Here are some cute pictures of my sister and her boyfriend, Jeremiah. ❤

Here are some of the pictures I took on my iPhone before it died. :( We thought this view was amazing, but we ventured 11 stories higher, and found...

This view...It was amazing.

Michael (AKA Spiderman)

Afterwards, we went to Newberry Bros. Coffee in Newport! My phone died, but Samuel managed to snap this awesome picture of Michael and I! (You can look at his photos here)

I love documenting these adventures and hope to do more in the future! Thanks for reading--❤
